The IOC/IAKS AWARD is the only international architecture competition for sports and leisure facilities. Its aim is to bring to public attention exemplary buildings and complexes in which good functionality harmonizes well with high-quality architectural design inside and outside, with environmental compatibility and with considerate integration into the urban or rural landscape.
