The new Olympic ski jump in Garmisch-Partenkirchen captivates with the outstanding implementation of the curved approach ramp in a dynamic and elegant structural form which integrates into the landscape while also establishing itself as a landmark.
The creation of a crystalline sculpture has been achieved through the integration of all functional areas, such as an athletes’ café, ski service, warm-up areas, etc. into the building structure.
The aesthetical demands paired with the optimised sporting functionality make this structure the embodiment of the ideal ski jump.
